The two tier front lawn overlooks the bay of nolton haven, which is approx 200yds away. To the rear of the lodge there is a secluded secret garden for those who enjoy peace and tranquility. The garden is enclosed by woodland and a meadow and is ideal for children and pets alike.

Walkers will delight in the costal path that can be accessed from a private entrance at the bottom of the garden.

Parking is ample.

There are four bedrooms comfortably sleeping 8 people. The first floor comprises of 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom, it has a double bed, Built in wardrobe, And full en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: A spacious bedroom with double bed
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with single beds, Family bathroom with bath, WC and separate shower.
The forth bedroom has twin beds and is situated on the ground floor providing easy access for those who are less mobile.

All beds are equipped with pillows and duets, and linen is supplied.

The ground floor comprises of: Fully equipped kitchen/breakfast room, well appointed with gas hob, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer and sink unit. Leading off this is the cloakroom fitted with WC and wash basin.

The family lounge is located off the main hall and is comfortably furnished with a stone fireplace as the main feature, the attractive open beamed ceiling gives the room an olde worlde feel.
